From 48 hours after making the reservation, the guest will pay the total price of the reservation if he/she cancels.

If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.

The following explains how cancellations are handled when unforeseen events occur after booking that are beyond your control and make it impracticable or even illegal to complete your reservation.

When these conditions allow cancellation, they take precedence over the cancellation conditions of the reservation. Guests affected by an event covered by these terms and conditions may cancel their reservation and, depending on the circumstances, receive a refund in travel credit.

Unforeseen events are:

Changes in government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to a government agency's requirements for a passport or visa, making travel to the destination impossible. Lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances related to guests' travel authorization are not covered.

Declared emergencies and epidemics. The government has declared a local or national emergency, epidemic, pandemic or public health emergency.

Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a government agency that prohibit or prohibit travel to, stay in, or return from the property location. This does not apply to non-binding travel advice and similar government guidelines.

Military interventions and other hostilities. Acts of war, hostilities, invasions, civil war, terrorism, explosions, bombings, insurrections, riots, riots and civil unrest.

Natural disasters, large-scale failure of essential utilities, volcanic eruptions, tsunamis and other severe and abnormal weather events. This does not apply to weather or other natural conditions that occur with some regularity at a certain location, for example heavy rainfall.

These conditions only allow cancellations for the situations described above. Everything else is excluded. Examples of situations for which these terms do not allow cancellations include: unexpected illness or injury; government obligations such as jury duty, court appearance, or military duties; travel advisories or other government guidelines (that do not comply with a travel ban); cancellation or rescheduling of an event for which the reservation has been made; transportation disruptions unrelated to a covered event, such as road closures, as well as flight, train, bus and ferry cancellations.

In all cases, you must be able to provide documentation showing how the event affected you or your reservation.
